Korea's new wave is sweeping across town and will be landing in Times Square, Causeway Bay, on 30 Sept, leaving us awash in a variety of K-culture until 31 Oct.

Sculptures Exhibition of Cho Young Chul and the Charm of Korea – Photo Exhibition by Jun Shim at Time Square Piazza


Korean Contemporary Art has been playing an important role in today’s art scene. Korean contemporary artist Cho Young Chul display wild animals sculptures in various parts of the city and moving them from time to time, by moving, a “wild animal” sculpture begins to participate in casual interactions with the audience. Cho blended original creativity with their exquisite craftsmanship to lead audience stroll through arts, nature, as well as to explore unlimited imagination on our living world.

Renowned photographer Jun Shim always captures scene that is inspired and delighted. Jun’s photos allow audience to narrow the visual field, stop, and notice and feel better for having done so. 60 works of Jun Shim will be featured in this exhibition under the theme “The Charm of Korea”. Come and explore the charm!

This wave has been influencing almost every single country in Asia with the new thinking and creativities, and evolving into global phenomenon. The new wave namely “Times Square Korea Festival” will bring in all the K-cultures you can think of, including K-Food, K-Pop, K-Art, K-Beauty, and last but not least, meet with the Idol from the K-drama! There is no cost to join the festival, just bring your passion to enjoy the K-fever!
