Kimchi making demonstration by honorable guest Prof. Yoon HeeSook, Kimchi specialist from Korea.

Requirements:

  • Aged 18 years and above
  • Individual or 2 people for each team
  • Application Form
  • Recipe with pictures
  • Relevant Fee (HK$50)

First come, first served (Max. 40 teams)

Venue: Korean International School, Sai Wan Ho
Subject: Creative recipe contest

Assessment:

  1. Presentation
  2. Creativity
  3. Difficulty
  4. Taste

Requirements:

  • contestants must prepare and bring all ingredients
  • the recipe submitted during registration must be used

Finals

Date: 25 ~ 26 Oct 2014 (Sat - Sun)
Time: 2 pm
Venue: Times Square Piazza
Subject: Secret Ingredient (ingredients will be revealed on event day)

Assessment:

  1. Presentation
  2. Creativity
  3. Difficulty
  4. Taste

Judges: Professor from S. Korea, Expert from H.K.
